Your story, as a film.
Write a script, a story or an idea — runime casts it, shoots it, voices it, scores it and mixes it. One workspace, one master file. You direct; the AI executes.
01 · One workspace
From script to a finished, mixed film
Most tools hand back one flattened clip, picture and sound baked together. runime keeps every element on its own layer — each shot, every line of dialogue, the score, the effects — so changing one thing never means regenerating the rest. Take the finished film as an MP4 master, with the dialogue and music-and-effects stems beside it.
02 · The cast
A character stays the same character
Every character is bound to a locked turnaround model sheet, and automated continuity critics check frames before you pay to animate them — so the reroll money stays in your pocket.

03 · The model sheet
A character is a document, not a prompt
Behind every character is an editable sheet: the turnaround the renders are bound to, the attribute fields, the exact prompt, the locked colour palette. Change a field and the character changes with it — you are not re-describing them from memory each time.
04 · Sound
The soundtrack is written from the screenplay
Casting, line-by-line voice direction, music and effects placed to picture — all derived from the script. You can clone your own voice for a character, gated behind recorded consent.
05 · Direction
Drag the camera. Drag the light.
Every shot gets a live-lit 360° stage: orbit the camera and the key light around the subject, then set lens, shot size, angle and movement. The AI executes your blocking — it doesn't replace it.
06 · The budget
The price shows before the click
Every AI action quotes its cost up front, and auto mode runs under a hard session spend cap you choose. Proof the whole film as a stills animatic — full soundtrack included — before spending anything on video. Takes carry their prompt, seed, references, model and cost.
07 · Delivery
An export a broadcaster can QC
SRT/VTT captions with speaker names, dialogue and M&E stems, an EBU R128 broadcast-loudness master with its measured numbers reported, authored at 24 or 25 fps, delivered up to 4K — and a 5.1 surround track muxed beside the default stereo mix.
Stereo is the default track; if the surround pass fails, it degrades to stereo-only rather than ever failing your export.
08 · Hand-off
The MP4 is not the end of the road
Take the cut into your own edit suite: the film leaves as a folder your editor opens as a real sequence — every clip as its own file, the audio where you placed it, at the levels you set.
Colour, effects and transitions do not travel — the cuts, the clips and the audio levels do. The bundle says so itself, in the README that ships inside it.
09 · Screening
Send it before it's finished
One switch, no waiting: the link is live at once and the film runs start to finish — shots with no video yet play the picture that is already there. Watching needs no account; leaving a note takes a sign-in, lands on the exact second, and reaches you by email with the sender's name on it.
The film's owner opens the link; it is unlisted and never indexed by search — but anyone holding it can watch, so add a password if you want one.
The models
The engines behind the film
Not one model — a bench of them, each picked for the job it is best at. Every page below reads its own facts from the tables the app runs on.
Video·GoogleVeo 3.1The default shot engine, and one of only two that carry a negative-prompt channel.
Video·MiniMaxMiniMax (H3)A new-generation engine that builds the motion between a start and an end frame, steered by prose.Video·MiniMax + falH3 MaxThe fast engine that renders a five-second shot in under three seconds and still holds a start and an end frame.
Video·ByteDanceSeedance 2.5The shot engine that takes identity references and holds a start and an end frame at once.
Image·GoogleNano Banana (Gemini 2.5)The image engine behind the shot stills and the character designs.
Voice·ElevenLabsElevenLabsThe voice engine that speaks the lines — and can clone your own voice onto a character.Plans
